This year the event will be Saturday, November 5th, from 10AM to 2PM, with an After-Party from 2PM to 4PM. Rain Date is set for November 12th.

is free. Eventbrite has phased out teams (sorry!). Please register before November 4th so we have an accurate headcount for the after-party!
First year we had a group photo, past 2 years it has not been possible with covid and our event setup. We will take some photos inside, and outside before rolling out. There will also be a poster for everyone to sign!
What You Need!
All you need is a bike, helmet, lock, bag(s) and $20+ to purchase groceries from local stores! E-Bikes and bike trailers welcomed. We love selfies!!
Hey, it happens! But here is how you can help! You can always donate
directly to the Youth Service Bureau! You can also donate
directly to the event, and we'll use your donation to purchase food on your behalf. Please consider the early bird option below!
Early Bird is a pre-event. Some participants prefer to shop on their own, or with a group prior to the event. Those who can't attend the event date can use this as an opportunity to contribute. The Needs List
is posted so you can ride to your favorite store(s) and start now!
You have 3 options for handing over your haul. 1. Come to the event, and drop off between 10am and 2pm.
2. Drop off at 123 Hickory Road on November 2nd, between 2PM and 6PM.
3. Make an arrangement to dropoff at another date/time (we're flexible). Please remember to keep your receipts. Looking for volunteers, so if you do the early bird and have time, please help :)
The Venue & Parking
Thanks to some AWESOME people, our event is held at Videon Central
), located at 2171 Sandy Drive. Parking is available at the upper and lower lots, and street parking is allowed.
The ENTRANCE to the venue is behind the building (between the lots), at the kitchen door entrance (Just follow the signs).
We are having an After-Party this year! The party will be from 2PM-4PM. Please note dietary restrictions on your registration if applicable. We will be having Wegmans!
We will publish the manifest the night (after 8pm) before the event. We will also have physical copies for you!
We will be offering a variety of prizes, including the Cranksgiving Totes
